To obtain permission, the legal body (further referred to as ‘applicant’) sends an application to the relevant local government body, at the territory of which a retail market is supposed to be organised (further refer to as ‘authorised body’), that is signed by a person that represents interests of a legal body in accordance with organisational documents of the legal body or power of attorney and certified by the seal of a legal body who sends an application.
In accordance with the Article 5 of the Federal Law ‘On retail markets and introducing amendments to the Labour Law of the Russian Federation (further referred to as the Federal Law) an application should involve:
On the day of admission of an application or attached documents, authorised body makes inspection of application filling accuracy and availability of attached documents, registers them within office hours that come after the day of admission, and provides notification to an applicant on admission of an application to consideration.
In case if the application is finalised not in accordance with requirements of the current rules and lacks needed documents within attached documents, an applicant is given a notification on the necessity to correct a violation in filling out an application and (or) provision of missing documents.
