Tatarstan’s experience of interest for regions

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan hosted working meetings with peers from other regions: Deputy Minister of Industry, Trade and Enterprise Development of the Novosibirsk Region Maksim Ostanin and Acting Deputy Minister of Industrial Policies of the Kirov Region Yekaterina Koroleva.

This week, Maksim Ostanin arrived in Tatarstan to share expertise in the retail sector. His special interest was the issue of rolling store operations in the republic. Travelling stores are points of non-stationary trade in remote and sparsely populated areas where there are no stationary grocery stores. Today, there are 185 rolling stores in Tatarstan, which serve about 895 remote and sparsely populated points.

Today, Deputy Minister Almaz Khusainov had a meeting with Yekaterina Koroleva. The representative of the Kirov Region Ministry of Industrial Policies was interested in the experience of implementing the Labour Productivity and Employment Support and International Cooperation and Exports national projects in Tatarstan.

Answering the guest’s questions, the experts of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan spoke about how interaction with industrial enterprises is being established in the republic to attract them for participation in national projects. The parties also discussed the republic’s expertise in cooperation between industrial enterprises and major state corporations.
